After having an eating disorder, my teeth are badly damaged, what is the best way to fix them?

Q.
hi, basically i had an eating disorder for 10years which ruined my teeth. I have fillings in my front teeth. I am better now, i asked my dentist about teeth whitening she said i had 2many fillings and i have worn away my enamel badly. Its my front teeth that make me most self conscious, is where anything i can do? How much would veneers be or crowns and can i get these on the nhs.

Dear Enquirer,
It is unlikely you will get this extensive work under the NHS. If your teeth have been worn down for any reason and the enamel has disappeared, you will need to have porclain restorations by way of veneers or more likely, crowns.
Whitening on it’s own will not help the situation. Book an appointment with your dentist for further information about your particular concerns.

Sunita
