A slightest bit of my teeth came out and i do not feel pain do i need to go to dentist now

Q. Less than two months ago, I chipped one of my teeth on accident. It is just the slightest bit that came out and I do not feel pain. Is this something, though, that could cause me future problems? Should I bring this up to my dentist the next time I go for a scheduled appointment (about a month away), or do I need to go now and have it looked at?

A.

It all depends on how much of the tooth has chipped away. If you are not having any pain now doesn’t mean to say that it wont cause you problems. I would definately see your dentist. It wouldn’t make any difference financially if you had the problem sorted now or later.
