How Much Would It Cost Me To Get My Discoloured Bridge Replaced?
Q.
Hello Dr Moore. I have had a bridge for over 20 years, and it covers my 6 top front teeth. I’ve always thought they looked too big and false looking and now they are starting to look a bit discoloured which isn’t ideal. I am looking at getting them replaced. Would this be possible after so many years and what would be the cost of doing this? My own dentist always says there is no point, after all I’ve put up with them for so long but I am just not happy with them and I would like some advice from you if that could be at all possible. Thank you for taking the time.

Hello and thank you for getting in touch. As a guide the treatment will cost in the region of £3000 privately, I’m not sure you will qualify for a replacement on the NHS if it’s only a cosmetic issue. Try and look around for a practice that offers free consultations in your area and see what they suggest. I hope this helps you understand. Best wishes, Dr Andrew Moore.
