Q. I have problems with my teeth, due to the effects of amytriptilline, drying the mouth excessively. Would any sort of extra cleaning/veneers help to protect my teeth from any further damage. The medication I take is to a chronic immune condition called fibromyalgia. Many thanks,
A. Regular visits with your dentist and Hygienist would be best with good home oral hygiene. You should also avoid sugary foods as much as possible as you may be more prone to decay
