I’ve Been Quoted £4500 For Full Braces Treatment Over Two Years. Is This Correct Or Am I Being Overcharged?

Q.
Hi,

I recently had a consultation for Fast Braces. After getting my OPG scan done I was told I didn’t qualify for Fast Braces and my only other realistic option would be conventional train tracks.

I’ve been quoted £4500 for the full works for a treatment plan of two years. If accepted for the finance plan, I would need to pay 30% upfront with the remainder due over the next ten months.  Based on the information I’ve given what I would like to know is, is the cost correct or am I being overcharged?  Is there anything I should be concerned about going forward?

I just want to make sure I’m making the right decision.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

A.
Hello and thank you for contacting me. It’s hard to advise you without seeing you. I do offer a free consultation where we can have a chat and discuss options, you are more than welcome to call my practice. If you are unsure it’s always best to seek a second opinion and see if they say the same thing. If you would like further information on orthodontics, you can find it through the pages on this website. I hope that helps. Kind regards, Dr Riten Patel BDS.
