i’ve got braces on and my gums are looking unhealthy
Q. I’ve got braces on and my gums are looking unhealthy. they are inflamed. and i brush as hard as i can but it still stays the same and myorthodontist said she’ll take em off i she doesnt see a difference the next time i go to see her. WHAT DO I DO?
A. It might be worth asking your orthodontist to refer you to the practice Hygienist. Sometimes its better to brush efficiently rather than hard; perhaps you just need a little extra help
