I have very severe tooth decay

Q. Hello I have very severe tooth decay in which i only have one molar on each side left on the bottom and the other molars are decayed down under the gum line. I have always taken care of my teeth and since I had my son my teeth went on a total destruction path. What kind of surgery am I looking at.
