Q. Hi. i was looking through in the internet and i found your web.im 19 years old and im missing some teeth. i took them out when i was a little girl and they havent come out since then. n sometimes i have probs with bitin as im missing the last one up and the last one down. my dentist has advised to have an implant or bridges but i dont know which one is the best. and also which is the best toothpaste that you can you as i use colgate. thank you. S

A. Dear S
The best treatment to replace missing teeth are dental implants they are the longest lasting restorations and have no effect on your other teeth. There are other options such as bridges and dentures. I would advise a full consultation so you can be assessed and get a full range of options.
We generally recommend colgate total as a great all round toothpaste however good toothbrushing technique and ideally an electric toothbrush are more important.
I Hope this helps.
