A. Hi I would recommend that you visit your dental professional to assess the damage to your teeth, and to have the treatment required to repair the teeth. I would also recommend that you gain their opinion of the reason for the teeth fractures. If they feel that grinding is the cause, I would recommend the use of a night guard which your dentist will be able to have made for you.
