I was recently told that I have a hard bite. I want to know how I can fix it and exactly what it is. I was told that is why I feel so much pain and pressure.

This is when the jaw muscles hyper develop due to overwork- usually in patients who clench and grind their teeth and as a result put their teeth under excessive force causing cracks and breakage.
Treatment involves a splint to break the habit or strengthening weak teeth with crowns/ inlays
