Q. Can a decayed tooth cause a sinus infection? i have been told by my dentist that one of my lower molar has slight decay, and on the same side of my face my nostril secretes yellow mucous… could there be a link?
A. It is highly unlikely a lower tooth will cause a problem with your upper sinus however an upper tooth could cause the problem. Please go back and see your dentist nd have your top teeth examined and also go see your doctor.

To whom it may concern, Can you please help me. I have recently had a crownfitted on the bottom right hand corner of my mouth, 1 tooth only. After this, my gums have swollen – been 6 weeks of pain and torture and I cannot cope with the ache. The right hand side of my neck is in pain when I eat. Hi The best person to discuss this with is the surgeon who carried out the procedure. The surgeon will know the full history of the case. I am sure everything wil be fine.
Recently I cleaned my daughters apartment and used a spray cleaner Ka-boom. the fumes were very dense and I left the room several times. with in a few days I have developed a sore area on my hard palate back behind Teeth#2 & #15, it is located in the center midline that runs down the roof, it has a purple over tone and has now raised in the center slightly , as if a new tooth was trying to cut through. My throat is a wee bit sore and the ear canals are also,Can you help me gain any knowledge on this.
