A dental practice in Dinas Powys will expand after the owners secured a funding package from Lloyds Bank.

Castle Court Dental, which is owned by university friends, Baharat Nagrani and Eifion Roberts, will use the cash injection to offer a wider range of services to patients. The dental duo, which acquired the practice from previous owner, Tim Mills, has grand plans to enable local residents to access a plethora of new treatments, including non-surgical facial treatments, cosmetic dentistry and the latest orthodontic systems. The ambitious dentists are hoping to add the services to the treatment list within the next few months.

Additional funding will also be used to recruit two new dentists, which will enable the clinic to offer more dental places.

Mr Roberts said that the duo was keen to take over the clinic, which already boasted an exceptional reputation in the local area, and the next step is to expand the list of services and to increase the size of the dental team to enable the practice to cater for more patients. Mr Roberts said that he was eager to offer specialist services and the funding from Lloyds Bank will enable him to achieve this goal.

Lloyds Bank’s healthcare relationship manager, Suzanne Rees, said that there have been widespread changes in the dental industry in the last few years, and Lloyds is proud to support ambitious dentists who want to enable their patients to access new and improved services.
