Default Teeth Moving Slightly/Shifting/Clicking - After eating?

    Hi guys,
i went to visit the dentist today and was informed i have very early stages of peridonatal disease but would be Ok after a deep clean - which i have scheduled.
The problem which is really bugging me, is im noticing my teeth are moving, or shifting slightly, i can feel them with my tongue and its really bothered me, convinced theyre going to fall out.
The dentist didnt really know, and said they seemed OK to him, but i hadnt just eating, so they wernt shifting at the time, either way ive made him refer me, but until then i have a major wait and wondered if anyone else feels their teeth move slightly? Upper front teeth and it varies - from tooth to tooth!

Thanks for reading - ps had braces for years when i was a child - im 27 now.

there is some small amount of movement found in all teeth, but best to see a periodontal specialist/ expert for it to be reviewed
you may also have short roots from your ortho tx which may be complicating matters
