After graduating in 1989 from Liverpool University, Phil chose to return to his roots in Manchester where he completed his vocational education. This allowed him to further hone his skills and boost his profile as a respected dental professional.

Phil then spent several years working in general practice, after which he was chosen as Dental Officer for Shell UK. This position allowed him to expand on his clinical skills in a demanding environment, before deciding it was time to take on the challenge of practice ownership.

It was in 2004 that Phil and Nick Simms (his close pal and ceramist) opened The Mall Advanced Dental Care, a technically advanced and independent dental practice giving the people of Manchester a warm, friendly and professional location for advanced dental treatment.
