Hi. I’ve had trouble with my teeth from a young age. A combination of factors has lead to this. Not brushing regularly as a child, eating too much sugary foods and a terrible fear of the dentist. I’ve had several back teeth taken out and now have metal fillings in most of the remaining teeth. Ideally I would like a complete smile makeover including veneers, White fillings and whitening procedure. I would like to know how best to go about getting this work done. I believe I need 9 White filling replacements 8 veneers. I live in northern Ireland and would like to know 1. How a dentist would go about this work and 2. A rough guide as to how much it would cost. Can I have my shifted incisors corrected with braces?

hi.I have a shifted midline upper front incisors and ive had them capped thinking it would be less noticeable BUT its still very visible.I have 2 questions:is it possible to have them corrected with braces or would it be better to just do a smile makeover to correct that?,

Hos can I go about getting a free smile makeover?

Hi Dr. I was looking on the smile gallery and I see some smiles have been donated. How can I apply for a free smile. makeover? I’ve never been happy with my teeth. I used to have a tooth growing above my others in the gums so my local NHS dentist took out the tooth and another and gave me a bridge some 8 years ago. It used to fall out which was very embarrassing/demoralising and caused me all sorts of problens. I know they don’t have a long life cycle and even more so with the type of quality the NHS use. A good few years ago I was developing erosion/stained front teeth so my NHS dentist gave me two vaneers which are a different shape, size and colour to what they were. I’m now left with 4 ‘fake’ teeth of the poorest quality which I’m stuck with until they fall out. Needless to say I’m absolutely devestated, my teeth are horrible! I’m a fraction of the bubbly, confident person I used to be. Its affected my self esteem so much now that I won’t get into a relationship and even hinders friendships with people and family, I hardly ever laugh and smile with my mouth closed; there isn’t 1 photo of me showing my teeth. I find it so embarrassing to talk to anyone about it hence why I’ve not selected the box to have this published. I am studying to get a better job to afford the treatment but I won’t be finished for a few years and then in the current climate there might not be a job about for me. I feel like any moment I could become clinically depressed. Sorry for babbling on. I would be eternally grateful if you can help! Kind Regards ,

Would 6-month smile braces be a good option for me?

Can a smile makeover restore my partner’s confidence?

hi, my partner of 15 years suffers with very bad teeth. Basically the NHS Dentist says there is nothing they can do for him, as he has all treatments, bridge work, crowns blah blah…. I know his confidence suffers as he always talks with his mouth closed and never smiles!! It has effected him very badly as he is now on anti depressants. Please can you e-mail me some info and possible prices for a full smile makeover. He was thinking going to Hungary or Poland, as money is tight. I would prefer him to have work done in the UK. He so deserves to have a beautiful smile!!,

How long it takes to have a smile makeover/ porcenal veneers lets we say..?…cause i left Manchester and i will come only for this purpose . My teeth have no problem, just a small gap in the front, and not so white as i would like them to be. Just would like to have the beautiful smile i always wanted.
