Hi I have lost all of my teeth over a couple of years ago and i am looking for a more permanent option than the dentures I have can you suggest anything? I would like not to have to remove my dentures what i am looking for is a full set of none removable teeth? I am now too used to not having teeth I find the dentures very uncomfortable.
