Q.
Hi,
As a youngster I was told I needed braces but because of the stigma attached to braces at the time my mum opted to take the NHS advice and have 4 of my healthy teeth removed (2 top, 2 bottom), this seem to resolve the problem and my teeth never became bucked like my fathers, however I believe the underling issues was my lower jaw positioning, which is set back causing a sagging effect of my jowls, when I jut the jaw forward the sagging is resolved and my teeth line up exactly.
Is there a procedure to correct this problem. Note I am 53 years old and have never come to terms with my jaw issue and I don’t think there is ever a wrong time to make to improve the quality of your life.
Regards.
