Is this a fair price for the treatments I need?

Hi Doctor, I am going to have three teeth filled, another tooth capped, and a small amount of laser work for ginngivittis(sic). She is going to charge $1900.00, and I have no insurance. Is this a fair price? Thanks, Pete,
