Hi there. My two front upper teeth are a little crooked. The left is overlapping the right tooth. The rest of my teeth are pretty straight upper and lower. It’s only the front two that are bothering me. I’ve been for a consultation at my local dentist and was recommended six month braces, but I want to avoid wired braces. After looking around I’m considering Simpli5 and wanted your opinion and a rough idea how much they would cost. Thank you.
Hi Dr Hughes. My smile makes me look goofy. My two front teeth are big compared to the rest and it makes me feel horrible. I wouldn’t be able to pay for everything all at once, and would need some help with finance to pay out of my wages each month. I want my teeth at the top to be put back and in line with my bottom teeth, and for my teeth to be straightened out in the quickest and most affordable way. I am only 21. Hi Mark. I had braces around 5 years ago now. And ever since my teeth have moved slightly. The gaps from the side of my mouth where I have had teeth out are more visible and the front teeth have moved forward so my first big two teeth have pushed forward. Is there anything that can happen that will not cost thousands of pounds to pull my teeth back into place?
The bottom teeth have inevitably moved also but my main worry are the top teeth as these are more visible.

I am interested in treatments to solve this as it affects my self-confidence and I just want a smile that looks great.
I don’t want conventional braces. Price/cost of treatment is also a factor to consider as I am a Student and not really rolling in the paper at the minute.
My lower set of teeth is also out of line, but my real issue is just the two front centre teeth of which one is considerably overlapping the other. Please help, as the profession I wish to pursue is one of self-confidence, image and dialogue. All which are detrimental at the minute because of my teeth. I was going to have braces when I was 11; one of my biggest regrets is allowing the orthodontist at the time put me off as it would of been on the NHS and at a young age. However 10 years later I’m sure there is an innovative treatment that would suffice? Thank you for your time.
Hi Andrew, I am looking to have braces but don’t really like the thought of the train track braces but I have seen the Invisible kind. Do I need to speak to my dentist first before I go to my orthodontist?
Also is it possible to send a picture of the teeth and get a rough price?
They’re not that bad, it’s just the two front teeth and two at the bottom are not perfectly straight? My dentist says I don’t need them but I would be happier when I know my teeth are perfect and I’m willing to pay the price? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

I have straight teeth, with what I think is A1 shading. I however, am not fully satisfied.
My dentist has always said my teeth are fine and straight, but I think my bottom four front teeth are slightly off. I’d also like my teeth to be whiter than they are. Would you happen to know an estimate for these four teeth to be straightened without braces and for all of my teeth to be whitened?
