Hi, I have been quoted by a local dentist to have 2 Cerec inlays on two back teeth which are together. Can you give me a quote so that I can compare please. I also need a bone transplant and an implant can you also quote for this. The tooth has been removed and I had a bone transplant but left it too long and now need to have it done again. The tooth is next to the two back teeth previously mentioned. Thank you
