Hi Andrew, I had my teeth bonded with a piece of wire behind the front four teeth upper and lower. It broke I saw an ortho and they wouldnt put it back on. They gave me a retainer and said I have perio and need it fixed the perio said he could work around the bonding. Has the ortho done the wrong thing.?.the perio wont seem to clear …it starts to then when I put the retainer in it comes back.Rock and hard place. Thanks
i am 24 years old and am really embaressed by my teeth.i havent looked after them very well when growing up and would like to get something done about it now, i do have loads of fillings just now and my front 2 teeth are inplanted in what are my options and costs.

i have had front teeth crowns for 22yrs. now my gum has got gum disease my dentist says; my crown are loose and my teeth up and down are very sensitive; my dentist says i need 3implants to replace my crowns they will salvage my teeth and gums; the cost is £8,500-00 and that is the price and i do not have any other choice! i am shocked but unsure about the next move! please advice me! thank you!

I have receding gums, are fillings effective to cover the bone, how long will this kind of treatment last? will the gums continue to recede?
I have gum disease with my teeth becoming loose and I have lost several of them. I am also susceptible to abcesses. My dentist reccomends nothing but visiting the hygienist and using Corsydyl paste and mouthwash, which I do, but the problem is not improving. Is there any cosmetic or surgical treatment I can have to improve this problem?

hi thanks for the reply, i have visited the dentist many times all they have given me is a teeth guard for both bottom and top set of teeth, as all the front teeth are moving. when will my teeth fall or does it depend on whether i move them or not. i am stressing alot about this. please advice me what to do.
