Dear Dr. Julian, Good Day to you! Hoping that you can help me with my teeth problem it was 10 years ago that my old dentist told me that Im having full denture, to shorten my words that time we dont have money coz i came from poor family, im a filipina and recently working here in Dubai, Im planning to have my vacation and fix my teeth.. Now at this point my upper teeth is all faded i dont know what the exact term or words to used. some of my teeth gone already to the point that only left little in my gums, im using false teeth for 10 years, nearby tooth is damaged. please advice me what to do and what to have? please let me know the budget i shoukd pay… thank you.. My mother has lost majority of her teeth what can i do?

Hi, I would like to request a consultation for my Mother. She has over the last 8 months lost the majority of her teeth. After recently visiting a Dentist from the National Health Service in London, she has been told that she does not have sufficient bone to recomment implants. I was researching on the Internet where I say your advert regarding Sinus Lifting. I would like for you to speak with my Mother in regards to this procedure. I am a little confused about why we were not recommended anything like this from the Dentist she went to visit. I look forward to hearing from you.

Im diagnosed for periodental disease can i get implants and bone grafts?

Dear Dr Butt I am a 32 year old female having been diagnosed with acute periodontal disease. I have already lost 5 teeth and Guys hospital have given a poor diagnosis. I have severe bone loss and a denture top right has been recommended for now. I was devestated when told but now having got used to the info, I realize the out come is poor. My treatment is being paid for by HC2 certificate. Can you tell me about implants and bone grafts and the cost. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am in West London. I have everything going for me and this is a particularly grim time for me. Kind regards

What is the best age to have a bone graft and implant?

My daughter was born without her #7 adult tooth, she has been through 2 phases of braces and is now 13-14 in Nov. Above the space of the missing tooth is a very noticable indent in her gums. My question is; What is the best age for her to have a bone graft and implant? And is it possable to do the bone graft to remove the indent now and use a maryland bridge instead or do an implant in her late teens or early 20’s. Will the bone graft hold or will it disintegrate?

Can i get dental implants treatment at NHS?

Hi Dr Moore I would like your advice on what i need done to my teeth and where to start. Bascially when i was younger my front tooth was knocked out and over the years the gap has closed and the is no space for an implant. Im 22 years old and a student at the moment so cant afford £1000s. Would an NHS dentist do this type of work? or what would advive i do to start correcting this promlem, as it is really affecting me. thank you for taking the time to read this.
