How can I find out which Astra kit was used when I had a dental implant fitted?

dear Dr. Hughes, I had an implant put in about 8 years ago in york england. i did not have the ubutment or crown put in at the time. I have tried for many months now to contact that dentist to find out which Astra kit was used so that my dentist in the US can finish the work. I was wondering if you could suggest anything I may to find out the details of the product that was used. I now have a fistula at the implant site and need the issue delt with ASAP. thank you for you time.

You mention Astra, Nobel Biocare, Straumann and Biomet 3i implants – are these the best available – If my dentist uses another brand of implant how can I tell if it is a good brand? Or should I just look at for the names mentioned?,
