My veneer, fitted twelve years ago, doesn’t look natural. Will my current dentists replace it?

I need to have my one venner (front top) replaced. It isn’t very natural both in colour in shape and was done by my dentist 12 years ago. Should I get my normal dentist to do it again or do I go to one of the specialist cosmetic dentists like your own? I often stop myself smiling because my current veneer is so unnatural – I just want a good reasonably priced job.,

Can I receive dental veneers through the NHS?

Dr, Iam enquring as to whether or not i may have case to have my teeth veneered on the NHS. i have suffered from Parry rombergs syndrome since i was 7 and as a result it has distored the right side of my mouth, which i truly believe is to do with aligment of my teeth. iam due to go back and see my plastic surgeon on the 2nd august would it be advisable to speak to him about this ?? please if you could advise me,

I have noticed a sulphur or rotten egg smell in my mouth since I got veneers. I am having dental cleanings every 3 months and practice good oral hygiene at home. I didn’t have this problem before the veneers what can I do? I am told that the veneers can not be removed altogether but can be replaced without 100% guarantee that the smell will go away. I now have a great smile but the trade off was not worth it. I’m devestated!,

The discolouration in my front tooth is now more apparent due to the dead nerve, what can I do?

I have a discoloured front tooth due to a dead nerve. I have had it for about 30 years. The tooth is strong and at the moment I have a porcelain veneer over it. It is about 15 years old and the discolouration is now showing through again. I go to my dentist twice a year and I have asked if there are any new techniques available to improve it. He told me that I would need a thicker veneer to cover the tooth and it wasn’t really worth doing. What would you suggest I ask him to do? Many thanks.,

Following an unsuccessful attempt to straighten my upper front teeth by having a brace fitted, I was persuaded by my dentist to have veneers. This seemed to work at first, but a couple of years later, one of the front teeth seems to have moved forward & I am unhappy with the result. I have a gap between my frount teeth, its about half a cm wide, however i am really self concious of it. I have had Braces when I was younger, (i am 24 now), and it didnt close the gap compleatly. is there anything else that can be done, maybe on the nhs as i only work part time? i want to get this sorted as soon as possible as its making me depressed! thanks.,
