Can you have all your teeth removed in a dental office? Or do you have to go to a hospital?

Q. Dr. Moore, can you have all your teeth removed in a dentist office ? or do you hve to go to a hospital ? Thanks.,
A. It can be done at the dentist in most cases but probably in stages as the amount of local anaesthetic needed can be quite high if performed in one go.
