How can i increase the distance from tip of the nose to upper teeth and to have longer teeth

Q. Dear sir, How can I make things out if I want longer teeth than mine? I wanna increas the distance from my tip of the nose to upper teeth.

A. If a patients wants to increase the length of the teeth, the only way this possibly could be achieved would be adding composite (white filling material) or placing porcelain veneers.  In some circumsatnces orthodontics can also be used. An examination would be recommended.
