It is difficult to advise you without seeing you.  It sounds like your bite is off.  When you bring your teeth together they should feel like they all come together at the same time, if you feel you are hitting one tooth or one side first then this can contribute  to the symptoms you have.  You need to be a little patient and don’t have too many adjustments too quickly.  Go back and see your dentist and explain how things feel.  Please feel free to contact me again and let me know how you get on.
