Q.
I’m 13 and I have a gap in my front teeth I have asked the dentist for braces but they said I don’t need them all my other teeth are straight but its just my front teeth they have a gap in them the gap is not that big but you can tell its there it’s really lowering my self esteem and I really want to get something done about it so please help me and how much would it cost ? And would I be able to have it done ? I live in Sheffield so what dentist could I go to? Awaiting your replay, thank you very much.

hi
yes there is something that can be done to change this. If you can see a cosmetic dentist privately and ask about bonding then this would be your best bet. I would estimate that the cost should be less than 200 for a minor case or if you conscious about people knowing you are undergoing treatment then look into clear aligners to help close the space. Either this or see an orthodontist privately and see what they can do for you. I hope this helps to get you on your way.
