Are there any options to replace a Maryland Bridge without metal wings?
Q.
My daughter is 17 and has a Maryland bridge on her front tooth. Its not the one with the metal wings and its keeps comming off every other week. The oral surgeon said that he wouldnt do an implant because of the nerve that is in the way. The dentist said she needed to try a maryland bridge with the metal wings. He didn’t want to put a fixed bridge in right now. Is it any other options out there?

I would want to see if its possible to use a dental implant, its very unusual to have a nerve in the upper front area. I would be very happy to take a look for you and to take a CT scan to accurately measure the bone and any potential nerve positions

What is the best bonding cement to use for maryland bridge with metal wings? thanks
I like Panavia bonding cement for this type of work but different dentists may use others
Hello, I have a removable bridge which I need to have replaced but I only want the actual removable part replaced – not the “pins” that are fixed intomy teeth. Would that be something that you would do? My bridge was made inGermany for me sometime ago. Thank you for the information.
