Liverpool dental clinic celebrates expansion success
The owners of a dental clinic in Liverpool have plenty to smile about, after acquiring new
premises, which will enable them to create a super-practice comprising nine surgeries.
Smileworks was established in 2012 by Dr MJ Rowland-Warmann and Mr Ed Challinor. Ed
took control of the marketing and sales side of the business, while MJ took the reins on the
clinical side. Over the years, the practice grew from a startup to a 4-surgery practice with a
team of 22 employees, and now, the ambitious duo has acquired new premises to facilitate
further expansion. The adjacent building will enable the pair to create a giant new practice
with nine surgeries.
MJ and Ed, who recently took their team away to celebrate their marriage in Las Vegas by
means of an ‘annual night out,’ are looking forward to hiring new members of staff and
increasing the range of services available at the new practice. The team already comprises
specialists including orthodontists, hygiene therapists and facial aesthetic practitioners.
