Ageing rocker displaysDave Clark of the 1960s rock group The Dave Clark Five appears to have had Botox, it has been reported. According to the Daily Mail, there was a "conspicuous absence of lines on his forehead" as he made a rare appearance when the band were accepted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. "He certainly looks good for his age," commented cosmetic surgeon Dr Lucy Glancey. She added that it is unlikely Mr Clark has had dramatic cosmetic surgery, but his wrinkle-free appearance may well be the result of skin peels or Botox injections. The newspaper also stated that the 65-year-old rocker looked like he had dyed his hair and used makeup to cover any grey hairs in his beard. Vanessa Williams, most famous for her role as Wilhelmina Slater in US series Ugly Betty, has termed Botox "a miracle drug". The American actress told OK! magazine that she regularly uses the treatments to defy the signs of ageing and so does nearly every woman she knows."ADNFCR-1374-ID-18506993-ADNFCR" More Botox and facial rejuvenation stories
