Paul Johnson undertook training in dentistry at the University of Leeds and medicine at Cambridge University, before undertaking further training at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, and King’s College Hospital, London. He also trained in Seattle and Salzburg.

Paul is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford and his private clinic is located at the Nuffield Hospital in Guildford.

His special interests include skin cancer treatment and services for facial deformities, and he is also an associate in the implant group, Surrey Implant Services.

Paul is involved in medical politics and was formerly director of surgery and midwifery at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. He is also secretary of the Academy of British Cosmetic Practice and chairman of the Royal College of Surgeons Cosmetic and Reconstructive Interface group. Paul lectures all over the UK and overseas.
