Avani Patel graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ London before undertaking foundation training and spending time training in paediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Avani then undertook a programme in orthodontics for three years at the Royal London Hospital and Whipps Cross University Hospital, after which she was awarded her Master’s in orthodontics. Avani was given the MSc prize and membership in orthodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons, England.

She has since worked in and around London and is an Associate Specialist in orthodontics at the Royal London Hospital. Avani is a member of several societies and organisations, including the British Orthodontic Society. Her specialist area of interest is cosmetic braces. Avani also has a great deal of experience in treating nervous and anxious patients.
