Dr Harvie-Austin is an integral part of the Mercury Free Dentistry movement. For over a quarter of a century he has been actively working to abolish the use of mercury. His work has taken him to the top of organisations such as the British Society for Mercury Free Dentistry and the Association of Dental Implants where he is a founder member.

His career has seen him provide fantastic standards of treatment in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and sports performance mouth protection. Since he has been practising, Dr Harvie-Austin has believed in the interconnected nature of systems in the body. A core belief is that oral health has the potential to impact on overall health. Balance is important in his holistic philosophy and he incorporates great pragmatism into treatment and payment plans.
