I have a tooth inside my upper gum, should I get it removed?

Q.

I have never been confident about my teeth, which results to me talking less and smiling without revealing my teeth. I find it hard to get along everyday life.

I have a tooth literally on my upper gum, it’s been there since I was about 10, is there any possible way I can get it removed? How much would it be? The tooth isn’t rotten or anything, it doesn’t hurt either, but it can be a bother sometimes.
Adding on “Hollywood” teeth straightening and whitening? How long will the process take? How much will everything cost together?

Q.

Hi doctor, i wondered if you could help me with a dental issue? my crown has fallen out with the tapered original tooth and left part of the original tooth still in my gum, it is also causing me great pain. What can i expect to pay to have this replaced, i am 66 years old and on a pension so do you think i could receive any help with the cost of this procedure? Thank you for your advice.
