Q.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed a week ago today. I have no pain at all but my left side of cheeck at bottom still feels a bit stiff round the jaw. This tooth was severely decayed before extraction. Is this normal? Also after looking into my mouth with a torch ive noticed something dark or blackish around that area, its not on the extraction site itself but to the side of it near the gums cheeck side, what could this possibly be? Im worried about dry socket or a hole of some sort. I still have the dissovable stitches.,

i did get false teeth but they cut into my gums they look very fake,and feel horrible when i put them,and i really want dental implants so it looks more natural i know i cant get them on the nhs i was also wondering if there is a payment plan because im a single mum and cant afford it all at once im only 28 its very embrassing when i talk to people and i cant smile,i also want to start my own catering business and i need to look my best ive got no confidence left and dont like meeting new people,PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY SMILE AGAIN.thanks,
