Are train track braces the best option to move my teeth forward, and is surgery the only way to correct lower jaw alignment?

Q.
I am 24 years old and I want to straighten my bottom teeth as they have been pushed back from sucking my thumb as a child. My top teeth are fine. I had an intial consultation with an orthodontists who has informed me i will need train tracks braces for approximately 6-12 months as other braces are not suitable for the type of movement needed. I have been quoted between £3500 and £4000 plus another £400 for inital x-rays and pictures to determine exact tretment needed. Is this price about right? i was thinking it would be more like £2500 all in so was wondering whether to pay for a second consoltation elsewhere? (i live in south of England- Southampton area). Could you give me an indication of price (i know cases vary)? Also he said my lower jaw has slightly moved back and to get a perfect alignement this would need to be corrected- is surgery the only method? if it is i am not interested in having this done.,

Q.
I have in the past had a brace on my top set of teeth, this was about 6 years ago. Its only been in the las couple of years my teeth have started to move again and I feel that they are now worse than they was in the past! one of my front teeth is being pushed back by the tooth next to it which sticks out a bit now too! I was just wondering what would be the best treatment for me. im a full time mum so trying to keep costs down as much as possible, thanks for your help,

Is there any braces that could move my two front teeth forward, and would it be possible to have a removable brace?

Q.
Hi i have very good teeth with no fillings most are really straight apart from my front two middle top ones just bellow my nose they tend to slant inwards so therefore looks like my two side teeth stick out slightly, i would love to get them pushed forward so there in line with the rest of my teeth, is there any type of brace that i could wear that would correct this problem, also would a removable brace be an option rather than permanent. Thanks for your help kind regards ,
