Polanight 20%
Hi All,
Does anyone know whether if it's ok to used Polanight 20% overnight?
I went to the dentis for my check up the other day and he said if i want them wighter i need to keep them on longer (I'm keeping them on for 2 hours at the moment).

everyone is different and the answer to this would depend on the advise given by the dentist who prescribed the gel to you. I would recommend calling the practice and asking them what they would recommend. It would be best to stick with the strict instructions provided by your dentist

I wouldnt keep 20% Carbamid Peroxide in over night, if I remember correctly a max of 2 hours is the recommendation. Any longer and you may irritate the gums making them uncomfortable.
