wrong abutement?!!!!

the gum around my implants hurts.
is that normal? i was told that the abutement was not the right one, so they will try to take of the crown

Hi Heidi
Soreness around implants can be caused by a number of issues. Use of an incorrect abutment could certainly be one of those.
Don't panic and get the right fitting abutment on ASAP, then you will have more of an idea how things are healing.
