best place to have done

how do you find out where the best place is to get implants? is there a website you can go on to see? there is an nhs/ private practice down the road from me that does cosmetic dentistry but i am in 2 minds.. would i be better going to a large company for the treatment or are smaller clinics just as good?

My advice would be to
1. research the postgraduate qualifications the dentist has
2. look at past cases by the dentist
3. ask how long they have been placing implants
4. possibly ask to speak to some of the patients who have had dental implants.
etc

It does not make a difference if you go to a small practice or a large practice. The most important thing is the experience of the surgeon.
