Work Begins On A New Dental Practice Converted From A Derelict Pub.

Sample News Big

A former pub in Mansfield is set to be converted to a new dental practice with the work already undergone.

Located in Mansfield Woodhouse, The Fourways pub has been unoccupied for some time with doors and windows boarded up. The building has had previous planning applications to convert the empty building into eleven new homes on a plot adjacent, cancelled by Mansfield District Council. It was only until the Titchfield Dental Clinic came along and proposed their plans to change the buildings use, and turn it into a new clinic that the Council agreed.

Other previous applications were passed over on the basis that the proposals included the demolition of the building, which the council decided should remain intact.

The work to create the state of the art clinic offering a wide range of dental treatments, is set to be finished within eight months.
