Thousands of additional NHS dental places available in Cornwall

Sample News Big

Two dental practices in Cornwall have announced that they are taking on new NHS patients.

The Highfield Dental Practice in Camelford has more than 2,000 NHS dental places available and the April Lodge Dental Practice in Bude has 300 extra NHS places.

The news will come as a welcome boost for dental patients in the area; it has been a while since NHS places were made available and local people in the Bude and Camelford areas will be able to benefit from NHS dental services on their doorstep.

Lucy Craig, manager of the Oasis Dental Care surgeries in Bude and Camelford said that the new places will make a significant difference to local people and ensure that local people have access to NHS services without having to travel long distances or join waiting lists.

The practices are inviting people to register and hope that the introduction of new places will encourage patients to attend regular dental check-ups and keep an eye on their oral health.

Patients who are interested in registering with the practices are advised to contact them directly.
