Thieves took a cash register from a dental practice in Birmingham after setting off fire extinguishers.

Two masked men are believed to have entered Bhandal Dental Surgery at around 4pm on Wednesday 5th June. Police have confirmed that an investigation into the robbery of the surgery on Marriott Road has been launched, and are appealing for information about the incident.

Some details have been released, and officers are keen to talk to anyone who saw anything or has any knowledge or information about the incident. Two men entered the practice at approximately 4pm and released what has so far been called an “unknown substance” before stealing the cash register and making their exit. It is believed that they used a fire extinguisher to create a distraction.

Nobody was injured in the incident, but the owners and the police are keen to get to the bottom of what happened and who was responsible as quickly as possible.
