Sunderland Dental Clinic All Smiles At Aesthetic Dentistry Awards
Riveredge Cosmetic Dentistry won the top award at this year’s Aesthetic Dentistry Awards, fending off strong competition from other top cosmetic dentistry practices from across the United Kingdom.
The practice owner, Dr Ken Harris, also won an award in the restorative single arch category, called it a “huge honour”, and said that it was a fantastic acknowledgement for the high standard of dentistry Riveredge offer, particularly given the strength of the other clinics. He said that the award was a team effort and recognition for everything the clinic does.
Riveredge have made it a habit to scoop up awards, with its work garnering a number of major accolades every year for not only Harris but the expert team who work with him in Wylam Wharf, including Dr Richard Coates, chair of the North East Private Dentists Group.
Dr Harris himself is one of only two Fellows at the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) who regularly travels the world lecturing to fellow dentists. On top of this, he has been recognised as an industry leader in cosmetic dentistry, often handling complex cases on behalf of other practices.
The Aesthetic Dentistry Awards this year emanated from London and recognise the best in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry across the British Isles.
