Stroud Dentist To Hose Implant Event
A dentist from Stroud is hosting an event to enable people to find out more about dental implant treatment.
Colin Neil, an award-winning dentist, will host the event, which is open to patients with missing teeth, on Saturday 22nd February at the Subscription Rooms. The event will run from 10am until 3pm and Dr Neil will be discussing the details of implant treatment and allowing patients with missing teeth to find out how implant treatment could benefit them.
All those in attendance will receive a free consultation with Dr Neil, as well as a wealth of information about treatment. The consultation will enable patients to discuss treatment with Dr Neil on a one-to-one basis.
Dr Neil said that patients do not need to be referred by their dentist to have implant treatment and the event is designed to provide patients who may be thinking about tooth replacement treatment with information about implants, how they work and the benefits they offer.
Dr Neil is also offering training for referring dentists, which will enable them to place the new restoration, which may include a denture, dental bridge or crown, once the implant has been secured.
Dr Neil has a wealth of experience in oral surgery and implant treatment. In addition to his clinical work, he is also an examiner on the postgraduate course on Implant Dentistry at the University of Warwick and a tutor on the Oral Surgery course run by the Royal College of Surgeons.
