Sale Dental Clinics Prepare for Charity Day
A pair of Sale dental clinics are gearing up for a charity day to raise funds for good causes this weekend. The teams from Oasis Dental Care clinics on Washway Road, Sale and in Sale Moor will be donating 20% of takings from appointments on Saturday 27th February.
A pair of Sale dental clinics is gearing up for a charity day to raise funds for good causes this weekend. The teams from Oasis Dental Care clinics in Washway Road, Sale and Sale Moor, will be donating 20% of takings from appointments on Saturday 27th February.
The money raised will be donated to Bride2Aid and Cancer Research UK. Bridge2Aid is a charity that runs volunteer projects abroad to educate and train dental professionals, mainly in Tanzania. All Oasis Dental Care clinics will be supporting the cause.
The Sale branches will also be donating to Cancer Research UK. As well as giving 20% of takings, the teams will also be conducting fundraising activities, such as a raffle and a cake sale, alongside face painting for children.
Practice manager at Oasis dental Care Sale, Selina Rush, said the aim of Super Saturday is raise as much money as possible and have lots of fun. The surgery will be open as normal and patients and visitors are actively encouraged to take part in the activities, get on board and enjoy the day.
The clinics will open from 9 am until 4 pm and anyone is welcome to drop in, enjoy some tea and cakes and buy a raffle ticket. Staff will also be on hand to show people around, answer questions about dental services on offer at the surgeries and meet new patients.
