Police Arrest Underground ‘Dentist After Teenage Girl Loses Four Teeth
Police in America have arrested an unlicensed dentist after a teenage girl lost four teeth and suffered a severe infection, which turned her gums black.
The 14 year old girl will have disfigured teeth forever after visiting the 81 year old fake dentist, who has been named as Humberto Perez. Perez was treating patients from a house in Miami, Florida, which has been labelled as a “dental dungeon.”
The girl’s father, Claribel Agrimonte, said that her daughter had visited the dentist twice and suffered excruciating pain and described having to go outside because she could hear her daughter “sobbing and sobbing”. It has also been revealed that the illegal dentist treated the girl without using gloves.
Miami police arrested Perez, his wife Maria and daughter, Odalis, describing the scene at the house as “everything a dentist’s office should not be”; according to police, there were instruments scattered everywhere.
The teenage girl suffered prolonged pain after her second appointment with Perez and when she saw a licensed dentist, he said that he had never seen anything like it in his 30 year career.
Police believe that other people may have suffered at the hands of the Perez family and are appealing for other patients to come forward
