Patients Urged to Give Feedback on Milton Keynes NHS Dental Services
Dental patients in Milton Keynes have been urged to leave feedback about local NHS services.
The Friends and Family Test is designed to identify potential issues encountered by patients and find ways of eliminating them and improving the service in the future. As part of the scheme, which is run by clinical commissioning groups, patients will be invited to share their views on GP, maternity, dental and emergency care services. The test asks patients whether or not they would recommend a service to friends or family members. This test is a quick, simple and effective way of finding out how highly people rate the services in their local area.
Representatives from NHS Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group are urging patients to get involved this week as part of Friends and Family Spotlight Week, which runs from the 14th to the 18th of March.
Since the test was introduced in 2013, more than 10 million responses have been recorded.
