Parents sue dentist after their son swallows a dental instrument
The parents of a young boy are suing a dentist because they believe their son swallowed a dental instrument during a dental examination.
Juhlia and Shane Nelson have filed a lawsuit against Dr Gloria Phillips; they believe their young son, Kayne, swallowed a piece of a dental instrument during a routine examination. The incident was reported in the Houston Chronicle yesterday.
The nature of the boy’s injuries and details about his age and condition have not yet been revealed for legal reasons.
The couple filed a lawsuit seeking monetary compensation on September 30th at the Harris County District Court.
