Newbury Dental Practice Closes Unexpectedly

Sample News Big

A dental practice in Newbury closed unexpectedly last Friday, leaving patients in the dark.

Westbrook House Dental Practice, which is owned by Oasis Dental Care, closed suddenly on Friday and patients have complained that they were given very little notice and now face a long trip to Andover or Wantage to see a dentist.

Last Wednesday, the Newbury Weekly News claimed that questions about the closure had been left unanswered by Oasis Dental Care. Patients said that they had only been given one week’s notice of the closure and will now have to find a practice that is taking on new patients in the area.

The practice was established by dentist, Brendon Kindlon, in 1972 before changing the name to Westbrook House Dental Practice in 1980. Dr Kindlon was a senior partner until 2002 when the practice was taken over by Oasis Dental Care.
